Abstract :Sistem pakar adalah sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer untuk menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang biasa dilakukan oleh para ahli. Salah satu contohnya sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit Diabetes Melitus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu aplikasi sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit pada Diabetes Melitus menggunakan metode Bayes dan Fuzzy Tsukamoto.
Proses diagnosa dimulai dengan memilih gejala yang ditampilkan sistem kepada user. Alur sistem diatur menggunakan metode inferensi Backward Chaining. Setelah memilih gejala, user diharuskan mengisi nilai intensitas dari setiap gejala. Sistem akan menampilkan Hasil diagnosa penyakit dengan persentase kepercayaan menggunakan metode Bayes dan Fuzzy Tsukamoto.
Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai persentase kepercayaan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto lebih baik dibandingkan metode Bayes. Hal tersebut dikarenakan perhitungan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dipengaruhi nilai intensitas dari setiap gejala yang dialami dan setiap rule yang telah ditentukan, sedangkan metode Bayes dipengaruhi bobot penyakit dan bobot gejala yang telah ditentukan oleh Pakar.

Abstract :The process of data compression based on the fact that in almost all types of data are always
there repetition in the data component has, for example, in a text sentence there will be redundancies
letter alphabet of letters ? through ?. Compression of data through the encoding process seeks to
eliminate the element of repetition by changing it such that the data size becomes smaller. In this
study, an audio file compression applications is making by using Arithmetic Coding algorithm.
Unified Modelling Language (UML) is used as system development tools. In making this application
is emphasized to compress the audio file extension * .wav.
Compression application testing is done by examining the files that have different sizes with a
sample rate and bitrate values are the same. It was concluded that the audio file with a large size
takes longer to perform the compression process. The compressed audio files can not be executed
before passing the decompression process that caused a change in the structure of the current audio
file decompression process.

Abstract :Database security is a very important aspect in an information system. A specific information is
generally addressed to specific group. Therefore it is an important matter for a company to prevent
information leak from a database so that the information contained in it does not fall to unauthorized
party. Cryptography is an alternate solution that can be used to secure a database. One method that
can be used to secure a database is by using encryption.
The method used to secure a database is the RC4 Stream Cipher encryption because the method
has advantages in processing speed and high security level. By using Stream Cipher encryption
method to secure a database, the information contained in it can only be accessed by authorized
party. RC4 (Rivest code) Stream Cipher method is one of symmetric key algorithm in form of Stream
Cipher that process unit or data input, message, or information.
Research results show that a data in a database table can be encypted. The encryption and
decryption process are faster and have high security level.

Abstract :Ricefor the poor program, known as Raskin is one of the government programs to reduce
expenditure and the protection of poor families through the distribution of rice with a number and a
specified price .in the distribution of Raskin often encountered obstacles or problems, one of them for
leveling Raskin amount received by all recipients Raskin. While there are different social degrees
between the receiver Raskin. Raskin distribution given the same amount to all recipients Raskin,
happens because it is still done manually allowing the occurrence of a subjective determination by the
village government because it has not referring to predetermined criteria.
In this study used methods of SAW (Simple Additive Weight). SAW weighted summation ,
namely by finding a weighted sum of the value of the performance of each alternative on all attributes
and requires a decision matrix normalization process (X) to a scale which can be compared with all
existing alternatives value.
The results of this analysis, a decision support system determines the amount of rice for the
poor (Raskin ) using Simple Additive Weight (SAW) in the village Puupi, Kolono, Southern Konawe
district. The analysis is given based on the normalized matrix multiplication and summation with
weights.

Abstract :Latin dictionary of animals and plants is a development of Android-based mobile application
that allows users to search for words easily and quickly. This application allows users to quickly
search for the meaning of the Latin animals and plants. The process that occurs in these applications
include word similarity search using the search Brute Force. Input form Animal or Plant name is a
string value that will be used as search parameters in the database.
The test results Dictionary search using the Brute Force successfully at speeds of less than one
second search time. In this test, is used six times a search in which three of the six search using the
Animal and Plant remainder using the word. Speed search process using Brute Force methods depend
on the length of the word or (String) sought.
